Processing Time
All orders are carefully prepared and packed within 1–3 business days before heading out on the trail.
Domestic Shipping (Standard & Expedited)
- Standard Trail (3–5 Business Days): Free on orders over $50 | $4.99 flat rate.
- Express Trail (1–2 Business Days): $12.99 flat rate.
International Expeditions
We ship worldwide! Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Note: Custom duties, tariffs, or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking
Once your package leaves basecamp, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow its journey step-by-step.

30-Day Return Window
If an item isn’t quite right for your journey, we accept returns for unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
How to Start a Return
1. Send an email to returns@scribbleandscout.com with your Order Number and the item(s) you wish to return.
2. We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with simple packing instructions.
3. Once received and inspected at basecamp, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges & Damaged Items
Did your package encounter a rough trail? If your item arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us at support@scribbleandscout.com within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll send out a replacement right away.
